What we collect

We collect only what you submit. Through our fit check: your name, work email, phone number, time zone, company, and your answers about your company’s size, industry, systems, and what you want fixed. Through our contact form: your name, email address, optional phone and company, and your message.

With either, we also record which page you first arrived on and the site or campaign link that sent you, so we know which pages are useful. Your browser holds that for the length of your visit and sends it only if you submit. We don’t run analytics or tracking cookies on this site.

How we use it

We use what you submit only to respond to you, including calling or texting the phone number you give us about your request. We don’t add you to a mailing list or sell your information.

Two services handle it on our behalf: Cal.com (scheduling) and our email provider. They receive only what they need to do that job.

The contact form and the fit check also use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam. It checks signals from your browser to tell people from bots, and only on those two pages. Cloudflare explains what it collects in its Turnstile privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep what you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and for our own recordkeeping, and delete it on request.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@eidx.net.
