Four ways we put your ERP data to work.
Each one is something we set up and run for you, against your own data, for one monthly subscription. Start with one or several.
Five questions, about a minute.
Reporting built around how you run the business
Faster, clearer reports from the system you already run, shaped around your branches, reps, and product lines. They arrive on the schedule you choose, and an alert reaches you when a number crosses a line you set.
- Weekly and daily reports by branch, rep, and product line.
- Email and text alerts on the numbers you care about.
- Mobile views that read as clearly on a phone as at a desk.
| Branch | Sales | Margin |
|---|---|---|
| Branch 1▲ 3.8% on last week | $412,380 | 31.4% |
| Branch 2▼ 1.2% on last week | $298,115 | 28.9% |
| Branch 3▲ 6.1% on last week | $356,904 | 32.6% |

Data audit checks that catch what costs you money
Rules that watch every transaction and flag the errors worth a second look, before they reach a customer or the month-end close. A person still decides what happens next.
- Duplicate invoices, billed twice within days.
- Unbilled orders: shipped or closed, never invoiced.
- Below-cost sales, one line at a time.
- Customers over their credit limit.
| Invoice | Customer | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| INV-48211Matches INV-48219 | Customer 1042 | $3,418.20 |
| INV-48307Matches INV-48312 | Customer 2210 | $912.00 |
| INV-48355Matches INV-48361 | Customer 0877 | $14,650.75 |
Sample data. In the real report, each flag links to the invoices behind it.
AI-assisted analysis that explains what the checks find
A list of a hundred flags isn’t an answer. We group findings by likely cause and write the briefing a person would, so a review starts at “here’s what’s happening” instead of a spreadsheet.
- Findings grouped by likely root cause, not just listed by severity.
- A plain-language briefing you can hand to someone who has never seen the data.
- Every claim traces back to the underlying rows.
Two of today’s three duplicates come from one EDI resend. Customers 1042 and 2210 order through the same portal, which resent its Oct 14 batch. Void INV-48219 and INV-48312.
The third is a rebill that never voided its original. INV-48355 for Customer 0877 was re-keyed after a price change. Credit INV-48361.
Sample data. In the real briefing, each finding links to its rows.
Moving to a new ERP, without losing track of the numbers
Changing systems puts your numbers at risk twice: the history has to move correctly, and your reports have to keep making sense. We compare the old system with the new one and keep your reporting running through the move.
- Totals and open balances compared between old and new, by customer and period.
- Records that arrived changed, missing, or duplicated.
- A clear point at which you can say the new system matches.
| Customer | Old system | New system |
|---|---|---|
| Customer 0612Off by $1,204.80 | $18,442.60 | $17,237.80 |
| Customer 19313 invoices missing in the new system | $5,980.00 | $4,115.00 |
Sample data. The other 418 customers match to the cent.
How it works
- We read a copy of your data. From a copy you keep, your system’s official API, or exports you send. We only read, and your live system is never changed.
- We set up your checks and reports. On a private site built for your business, tailored to your branches, reps, and product lines.
- You get an alert or a report. By email or text, on the schedule you set, with the records behind every flag.
- One monthly subscription. Your whole team is included, and your data stays yours.
