Move to a new ERP without losing track of the numbers.
Changing ERPs puts your numbers at risk twice: the history has to move correctly, and the reports your team relies on have to keep making sense on the new system.
We keep a read-only copy of the system you’re leaving and check the new one against it, so differences surface in days, not at the first month-end close.
Four questions, about a minute.
| Customer | Old system | New system |
|---|---|---|
| Customer 0612Off by $1,204.80 | $18,442.60 | $17,237.80 |
| Customer 19313 invoices missing in the new system | $5,980.00 | $4,115.00 |
Sample data. The other 418 customers match to the cent.
What we look at
- Order, invoice, and open-balance totals in the old system against the new, by customer and period.
- Customers, items, and price lists that arrived changed, missing, or duplicated.
- Open orders and balances on the cutover date, line by line.
- The reports your team reads today, and whether the new system agrees with them.
What you get
- A running list of differences between old and new, each traced back to the records behind it.
- Your reporting carried through the move: kept running from the old system’s copy until the new one is trusted, then rebuilt around the new system and improved as your questions change.
- An email or text alert when a difference crosses a line you set, sent to the people you choose.
- A clear point at which you can say the new system’s numbers match, with the evidence behind it.
- One subscription for your whole team, with no per-seat fees. Your data stays yours.
Who this is for
A good fit
- Distributors, manufacturers, and other operating businesses, small teams included.
- Running an ERP or accounting system.
- Based in the US.
Not a fit
- Businesses that run mostly on spreadsheets.
- Anyone looking for a financial audit. We’re not a CPA firm.
- Teams shopping for per-seat BI software.

Questions people ask first
Do you do the migration itself?
No. Your ERP vendor or implementation partner moves the data. We check their work against the system you’re leaving and keep your reporting running through the transition. We only read, and nothing we do changes either system.
Does this work if we’re moving to a different ERP, not just a new version?
Yes. The checks compare the records in each system, so it doesn’t matter whether the new one is a newer release of the same product or a different one entirely.
Do you connect to our live system?
No. We read from a copy of your database that you maintain, through your system’s official API, or from exports you send, and every report and check runs against our copy in your own private environment. We only ever read, and nothing we do changes your live system.
Who can see our data?
Only your team and eIDX. It lives on a private site built for your business, hosted on DigitalOcean and shared with no other client. It’s your data, and if you cancel, we send you an export and delete our copy.
Do you put our data into AI?
Only for your own reporting: to explain what the checks find, and to make your reports and checks better at reading your business. What the AI learns from your data serves your reporting and no one else’s. It runs on Claude, Anthropic’s AI, through its commercial API, and under Anthropic’s commercial terms your data isn’t used to train Anthropic’s models.
Is this a financial audit?
No. A data audit check flags transactions that match a known error pattern so a person can take a look. We don’t issue opinions and we aren’t a CPA firm. Your accountants keep doing what they do.
How does pricing work?
One monthly subscription for your whole company, sized to the reports and checks you need. It covers hosting, running everything on your schedule, alerts, and adding new checks as you find them. There are no per-seat licenses, so everyone who needs the numbers can see them.
Who owns our data?
You do. Only your team and eIDX can see it. It’s never sold, and it never trains AI for anyone but you. If you cancel, we send you an export of your reports and delete our copy.
